PEI Certified Organic Producers Cooperative in collaboration with Brad Doiron, whole animal butcher specialized in certified organic, grass-fed, grass-finished beef will host  Bones, Broths and Braising Workshops on December 2nd. The series will conclude Sunday, December 16, 2018 with a Turkey Cooking workshop. All workshops will be held at the Farm Centre Kitchen.

There will be a $20.00 registration fee for Bones, Broth, and Braising workshop participants and a $30.00 fee for the Turkey Cooking workshop participants. Each workshop will host 10 participants.
