Outstanding in the Field

Outstanding in the Field events, now hosted world-wide, are memorable for so many reasons, not the least of which are the creative local cuisine and remarkable settings. Both come to play on PEI on Saturday, August 26th on a sloping potato field overlooking the Northumberland Strait, where Chef Emily Wells will prepare a divine meal sourcing from the land and sea.
