PEI Certified Organic Producers Cooperative in collaboration with Brad Doiron, whole animal butcher specialized in certified organic, grass-fed, grass-finished beef will host the final Bones, Broths and Braising Workshop on December 16.

How To Cook Your Christmas Turkey will be held at the PEI Farm Centre Kitchen. There will be a $30.00 fee for  workshop participants. Participants will sample the turkey that they cook at the workshop. Space is limited to 10 participants.
