BioFoodTech is hosting a 2-day Cider Workshop featuring Dominic Rivard who has over 20 years experience in wine and cider production. He will share his expertise and practical knowledge on ingredients, ratios, quality testing, equipment, and more.

Topics include cider techniques, ingredients & ratios, nutrients, equipment, in-process quality measurements, and more. Participants will gain hands on experience in the pilot plant—making and testing fermented cider, and learning to create unique, high quality products.
Cost: $495* +HST
Includes: course materials, breaks, lunches, and pilot plant materials.
Maximum 15 participants.
*15% discount for additional participants from same company. Funding may be available for eligible companies.
